Cooking class

Belgiassa alkaa huomenna taas uusi kouluvuosi. Kahden kuukauden kesäloman jälkeen lapset kirmaavat taas pitkin katuja aikaisin aamulla ja ruuhkat kasvavat sietämättömiksi. Toivottavasti mun matkan varrella ei ole liikaa haittatekijöitä ja pääsisin sujuvasti töihin. Olen tähän mennessä mennyt uuteen työpaikkaani vain silloin kun on ollut kokeita tai kesäloma, niin vähän jännittää miten huominen mahtaa mennä. Toivottavasti hyvin.

Ensimmäistä kertaa kuuteen vuoteen en myöskään aloita koulua huomenna. Olen viimeiset vuodet joko aloittanut kieli- tai kirjanpidon kurssin. Nyt kun olen valmistunut ja jätin ranskan kielikurssitkin taakseni niin on jotenkin tyhjä olo.. No ei huolta, kesäkuussa me ilmottauduttiin Angelon kanssa kokkikursseille! 

Tunnit ovat kerran viikossa iltaisin 18:45 - 22:45. Kurssin teemana on helppoja mutta tyylikkäitä ruokia. En kyllä osaa kuvitella mitä kaikkea me tehdään mutta ajatuksena on että me sitten yritetään tehdä kotona ne samat ruuat viikonloppuna uudestaan. Kurssi alkaa tulevalla viikolla ja silloin pitäisi tehdä joku testi. Kun me kirjauduttiin sille kurssille se nainen kertoi että me jouduttaisiin kuorimaan perunoita ja sen sellaisia perusjuttuja. Se onnistuu, mutta mitä vielä? :-) Kerron sitten loppuviikosta lisää. 

Alkaako teillä myös koulu tai joku kiva kurssi lähiaikoina? :-)

// The school starts tomorrow in Belgium. After two months of summer holiday, the children will run on the streets bright and early again and the traffic jams will grow unbearable. Until now I have only went to my new job during the exam period or the holiday so I have no idea what to expect from tomorrow. Hope it goes well and I won't have too many disturbing factors.

For the first time in six years I also won't be starting school tomorrow. I have been starting either a language class or my accounting education for the past years. Now I have graduated and I stopped going to the French lessons so I feel a little bit empty.. But not to worry, in June me and Angelo signed up for cooking classes!

The classes are held once a week in the evenings between 18:45 and 22:45. The theme is simple and sophisticated dishes. I can't imagine what that could be but what ever it is we decided to try the same meals at home in the weekends. The course starts next week and then we should do a test of some sort. There will be potatoe peeling and stuff like that. I can do that, but what else? :-) I will keep you posted at the end of the week.
