Ceremony photos

Belgiassa ainoa virallinen vihkimistapa on maistraatissa käynti. Kirkkohäät voidaan järjestää lisäksi, jos itse haluaa, mutta aviolitto ei ole sen yhteydessä virallinen. Me käytiin kunnantalollamme aamulla kello 10:50 yhdessä todistajien ja meidän vanhempien kanssa. Seremonia oli kunnantalon vanhalle puolella, joka oli kyllä todella hieno. Itse tapahtuma ei tietenkään kauaa kestänyt, mutta kyllä me naurettiin silti kun se mies siellä vitsaili. Mieleenpainuva tapahtuma itselle ja varsinkin minun vanhemmilleni.

// The only official way to get married in Belgium is to go to the town hall. You can organize a church wedding also, if you want, but then the marriage is not yet official. We went to our town hall on the day of the wedding at 10:50 with the witnesses and our parents. The ceremony was held on the old side of the town hall and it was really nice. The happening didn't take very long but we had a good laugh when the guy made some jokes. It was a very memorable moment for me and also to my parents.
